8 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup lump crab meat or imitation crab

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg, beaten

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until the filling is smooth and creamy.

2. Assemble the Roll-Ups

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
