1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

8 oz rice noodles or flat noodles
2 cups broccoli florets
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
For the Sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Optional: chili sauce or sriracha (for spice)

Instructions
1. Cook the Noodles
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let it marinate for a few minutes while preparing the other ingredients.
3. Cook the Beef
Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat.
