3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. Sauté the Aromatics
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.

3. Cook the Vegetables
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to brown.
Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.

Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and cook for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
