4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2. Sauté the Aromatics

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
