Lemon Garlic Air Fryer Chicken Bites

Ingredients

For the chicken:

  • 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Optional Creamy Dip:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Season the Chicken

In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until evenly coated.

2️⃣ Air Fry

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and fully cooked.

3️⃣ Make the Dip (Optional)

While the chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

4️⃣ Serve

Let the chicken rest for 1 minute, then serve hot with the creamy dip.
