- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into ½-inch thick rounds
- ½ cup low-carb tomato sauce (no added sugar)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Turkey pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni)
- Olive oil spray
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Oven
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
