2️⃣ Prepare the Spinach
- Fresh spinach: sauté for 2–3 minutes, then drain.
- Frozen spinach: thaw completely and squeeze out excess water.
Mix spinach with ricotta cheese and season to taste.
3️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish (approx. 9×13 inch).
- Add a layer of lasagna noodles.
