- 500 g ground beef

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp water or broth
Fresh Tomato Salsa:
- 2 tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Avocado Layer:
- 2 avocados, sliced
- Pinch of salt
- Squeeze of lemon juice (prevents browning)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart while cooking.
- Season with paprika, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add water or broth and simmer for 5 minutes until flavorful and slightly saucy.

2️⃣ Make the Salsa
In a bowl, mix tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and fresh herbs.
