🧀 Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Prepare baking sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3️⃣ Mix ingredients
In a bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Mix until fully blended.

Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet, forming a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.

Switch to broil for 1–2 minutes to create a bubbly, crispy top.
