🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free or low-carb)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage
  • ¼ cup chopped onion (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 10 slices pepperoni or turkey pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ Cook the Meat

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.

3️⃣ Assemble the Pizza Bowls

In 2–3 small oven-safe bowls or ramekins:

  1. Add 2–3 tbsp marinara sauce to the bottom.
  2. Add meat, onions, bell peppers, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese, a few pepperoni slices, and parmesan.
  4. Repeat layers if the bowl is deep.

Place bowls on a baking tray and bake uncovered for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
