🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon (fresh or canned, boneless & skinless)
- 2 tbsp green onions or chives, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp almond flour (or coconut flour)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp parsley or dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
🥣 Creamy Herb Sauce (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- chopped chives or dill
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the mixture
In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, almond flour, garlic, green onions, herbs, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Form patties
Mix well and shape into about 6 small patties.
3️⃣ Cook
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and firm.
4️⃣ Make the sauce (optional)
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and chill.
5️⃣ Serve
Stack patties and top with herb sauce. Garnish with fresh chives.
Serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
