Ingredients
2 lobster tails
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster shell lengthwise.
Carefully loosen the lobster meat from the shell and lift it slightly so it sits on top of the shell while still attached at the base.
2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
3. Season the Lobster
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture, making sure the entire surface is coated.
4. Cook the Lobster
Oven Method:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the meat becomes opaque and tender.
Grill Method:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
Grill the lobster tails for 6–8 minutes, occasionally brushing with the garlic butter mixture.
5. Garnish and Serve
Transfer the lobster tails to serving plates and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
