Garlic Butter Steak
- 2 sirloin or ribeye steaks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Avocado Tomato Salad
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Season the steaks
Pat steaks dry using paper towels.
Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
2. Sear the steak
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Cook steaks for 3–4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms or until desired doneness.
3. Prepare garlic butter
Reduce heat slightly and add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
