Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or salmon)
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- salt and black pepper to taste
- fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
1. Prepare the orange sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange zest, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
2. Season the fish
Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
3. Cook the fish
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fish fillets and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. Make the sauce
In the same skillet, pour in the prepared orange sauce mixture. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
