Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp ground ginger (optional)
- ½ cup shredded carrots (optional)

Instructions
1. Cook the broccoli
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add broccoli and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
Remove from pan and set aside.
2. Cook the meat
In the same pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned.
Drain excess fat if necessary.
3. Season
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and ginger.
Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and well combined.
4. Assemble the bowls
Divide rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice into bowls if using.
Top with cooked meat, broccoli, and shredded carrots.
