Ingredients
For the Shrimps
- 12 large jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Crab Filling
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained well)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the filling
In a bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, parsley, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
3️⃣ Stuff the shrimp
Butterfly each shrimp by slicing along the back without cutting through. Spoon a small amount of the crab mixture into each shrimp.
4️⃣ Season & arrange
Place shrimp on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp turn opaque and the topping becomes lightly golden.
