Toddler-Friendly Egg Muffins

Soft, nutritious egg muffins packed with protein and veggies — perfect for little hands and picky eaters.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup turkey ham or turkey bacon (optional)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
  • pinch of salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a mini or regular muffin tin.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in cheese, turkey ham, spinach, and onions.
  5. Pour into muffin cups (¾ full).
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until set.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
