Ingredients

Chicken Tenders

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Coating

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk

Hot Honey Lemon Feta Topping

  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Garnish

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare herb coating

In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

3. Coat the chicken

In a separate bowl, whisk egg with milk.

Season chicken tenders with salt and black pepper.

Dip each tender into the egg mixture, then coat evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
