- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cups cooked zucchini noodles (or cauliflower rice for extra low-carb option)
- ¼ cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground ginger

1️⃣ Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
3️⃣ Stir in the onion and bell peppers; cook until softened.
