Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season the chicken

Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.

2. Sear the chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Prepare the creamy herb sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently.

Add Parmesan cheese and parsley, then cook until the sauce becomes smooth and slightly thick.
